A stop won't unlock

GPS can drift near tall buildings. Stand as close to the marked spot as you can, then use the “I'm here” button on the stop screen to unlock manually.

Offline walking

The tour downloads before you set off. Only purchases and print orders need a connection.

New phone, or reinstalled the app

Your tour purchase belongs to your Apple or Google account, so the store restores it when you sign in with the same store account. If you saved your walk with your email, signing in with it brings back your progress too. If you never saved it, the progress stayed on the old phone and cannot be recovered.

If the tour does not come back, email us with the date of purchase, the amount and, if you have it, the receipt from Apple or Google, and we will sort it out.
