Terms of Use
Last updated: 22 October 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and UFO Productions Ltd (company number 16993689, registered in England and Wales) covering your use of the Rock & Roll Walking Museum app and website. Purchases are additionally covered by the Terms of Sale.
Your licence to the app and the archive
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the app and, once purchased, to view the tour content — the photographs, stories and narration (“the archive”) — for your own personal, non-commercial use on devices you own or control.
All archive photographs and recordings are and remain the copyright ofUFO Productions Ltd. You may not copy, redistribute, publish, sell, or commercially exploit archive content. Screenshots for personal use are fine; reposting the collection is not.
Your captures
Then & Now images you create are yours for personal use, including sharing on your own social accounts. Because each capture includes an archive photograph, commercial use requires our written permission.
Walk safely
The tour takes place on public streets. You are responsible for your own safety: watch for traffic, obey signals and local laws, and stay aware of your surroundings — the app is a guide, not a substitute for judgement. Do not interact with the app while crossing roads. Stops are viewable from public places; please respect private property and residents.
Acceptable use
Don't attempt to extract the archive from the app, interfere with the service, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.
Disclaimers and liability
The app is provided with reasonable skill and care. Save as set out in the Terms of Sale, we exclude warranties to the extent the law allows. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited under law. Our total liability to you is otherwise limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.
App store terms
Where you obtained the app through the Apple App Store or Google Play: the store operator is not a party to these terms, has no obligation to provide maintenance or support, and is not responsible for the app or its content; and you confirm you are not in an embargoed country or on a restricted-parties list. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them.
Ending, changes and law
You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time (see account deletion). We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction (consumers in Scotland or Northern Ireland may also use their local courts).
